My name is Conner van Dijk and I am a Yoga Teacher from the Netherlands.

I am living and teaching in Berlin, Germany.

"Breathing & Moving"
In Vinyasa Yoga we combine breathing and moving as we flow from pose to pose.
In my classes I like to focus on strength, flexibility and mobility; within your capabilities of course.
I respect your body, its anatomy variations and where you are in your practice.
"Stillness & Surrender"
Instead of moving dynamically and sequencing poses;
in Yin Yoga we slow down.
We hold certain poses for longer periods of time to find a greater release on the inside.
We stretch out our fascia (connective tissue) and help to increase the flow of energy through our Meridians.
In my classes I focus on being comfortable and finding release throughout the body.

"Combining & Naturally "
I do love to give specific Vinyasa and Yin classes, but what I love even more is when we combine the two and flow naturally within our practice.
I like to work within certain themes or ideas, get on the mat and simply flow and letting my body guide me.
